Manufacturing Quality

Don’t confuse modular construction with a trailer! We design and build larger and more complex buildings. Our expertise is in buildings ranging from 1,000SF to over 30,000SF. While we don’t build trailers, we do build high quality, high value modular buildings available for occupancy fast.

How is this possible? Affordable Structures’ modular buildings are manufactured in a full-scale manufacturing factory. This controlled indoor environment is under the direct supervision and inspection by code enforcement officials, ensuring the applicable code standards are met. This construction method eliminates weather delays and excessive sub contractor involvement, while keeping your project moving ahead of schedule.
