Your project manager can work with you to determine what materials or material combinations are best to meet your needs for building maintenance, aesthetics, or to blend with existing structures.

Exterior treatments can add architectural interest to your building, and give a traditional modular building a site-built look. Depending on your specific needs and budget, different canopy or portico systems, stylized window treatments or mansard treatments can provide cost effective enhancements to the building’s appearance - all attached to the factory roof.  We can also offer a site-built roof option for higher ceiling height requirements.
